Ground chicken patties with fresh herbs

You’ll need


Mix ingredients

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, coriander, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Use your hands to form palm-sized patties.
    If the mixture is a little sticky, you can moisten your hands.

Cooking

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.


* Serve hot with a salad, sautéed vegetables or in a hamburger bun for a complete meal.
