Roasted chicken drumsticks with garlic and lemon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400° F)
  2. Preparing the marinade :
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper.
  4. Marinade the drumsticks:
    Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and mix well to coat them completely with the marinade. Leave to marinate for about 10-15 minutes while the oven heats up, or marinate for a whole day.

Cooking

Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the drumsticks are golden brown and crisp.
