Raspberry and garlic breasts stuffed with fresh cheese and basil
Here’s a refreshing recipe that’s quick and easy to prepare!
A simple and original way to cook succulent raspberry and garlic brisket !!!!
You’ll need:
- 2 grain-fed chicken breasts with raspberry and garlic flower from Ferme La Rose Des Vents
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Fresh cheese
- Vegetable salt
Preparation:
- Remove breasts from bag and save marinade.
- Slice the breast lengthwise in a wallet shape so that the ingredients do not protrude from the breast.
- On the inside of your breast, spread a quantity of cheese to taste and cover with basil leaves.
- Close your breast.
- Place your breasts on aluminum foil, add the marinade, season with vegetable salt and seal the foil.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake or BBQ from 35m to 40m.
* If you have leftovers the next day, use them in sandwiches or salads!
